No, it depends on your student pass validity and you have to get a release letter from your current institution and give it to your new institute! They will process your new application do it asap if you want to shift uni

Its not even a different school same school same faculty jst different departments and do instillbhave to go for medicals nd so on?

Hi Riduan,
You can remain in Malaysia if you are changing your course. However, if the Immigration Department requests an exit stamp you will be required to exit the country. Kindly note that you will be required to attend the post-VAL medical screening if the previous medical screening was done more than 6 month ago.

How much time took after submitted passport to EMGS

I mean from 70 to 100%

After EMGs submitted to the immigration then your percentage will be 35% and then after a few days it will come 70% or 75% to get your VAL.

It will get 100 percent once you receive your student pass. To recieve student pass, post arrival medical check-up is required along with your other documents so I think 75 percent indicates that. Incase you have any doubt , you should just ask your university international office, they will be much more help to you.

It means your val should be available to download. Once you download it you, when you come to Malaysia your university will help you to finish your student pass application and it will be 100 percent.

Thanks bro bt my val got approved at 70% nd i did dowload nd enterd malaysia…so 75% is after my medical…which i dnt understand tq for ur response
