Hi Alfan,
We are in the process of submitting the application to the Immigration Department. Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take 7-10 working days for the issuance of the VAL. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

It will take 3-4 working days for document checking and then the will submit it to immigration.

Hi Rian,
Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 2nd of October. The VAL approval process will take 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
