Good morning. My name is Rejah Hisham. Passport number Z6484841. EMGS staff may I know when will I receive my visa and passport. I gave my documents on 1st October and it almost the end of November and I have not received any updates after 31st October. It been 90% this whole time. May I know why is there a delay. Thank you. Hi Rejah Hisham,
Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
