We cannot guarantee that the endorsement process will be completed within 3 weeks, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly note that you will also be required to attend the post-arrival medical screening, upon which your institute will submit the passport for endorsement after you have passed the screening.
