I am writing to request assistance with my Student Visa Application for Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM – Main Campus), November 2025 intake. My application status currently shows “Pending Payment”, and I am unable to proceed with payment or cancel the application. The issue occurred when my internet connection was interrupted during the payment process, and the page refreshed before the transaction was completed.
