Depends on your university and from county u belong. My university, UTP asked me not to enter before 1 month. The reason is that the initial velocity sa (SEV) from Pakistan is valid for 1 month stay. The recommend to have valid visa at the time of registration.

It might take 1 or 2 week to complete the process

It’s meant all of your academic documents. You can upload maximum 1000KB size of your docs during EMGS application. That’s why it’s blur. You should email a copy to your institute and your institute will email to EMGS. Or you can email to ######### and CC to your institute email.
