For me it took 11 working days from 6th of september to the EMGs.

Congratulations on the approval of your application. The eVAL can be downloaded on your PC via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/
You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.

Hi Razib,
The remaining process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia. It will take 14 working days for the Student Pass endorsement. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
