Good afternoon Emgs, My Name is Rayhan Bin Jalal and My passport Number is A06024905. I need help regarding my application. Which is Pending Required documents science 4th december. Iam not getting help from my agent or University Official representatives. As per the requirements, I submitted all the necessary documents on 13th December. However, as of today, 19th December, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my submission.

  Kindly be informed that we are unable to proceed with your application as the Immigration Department of Malaysia system shows an active application linked to your previous application. As such, the institution is required to cancel the active pass and revert to us with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.

    Please note that sir, I already Contact with previous institutions and Cancel the earlier active pass application and submit all the documents to new University . but they are not uploading. Please can you check with immigration Department!
