Dear EMGS Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I recently submitted my student visa application through EMGS, but I have noticed an error in the passport issue date.

My details are as follows:
• Full Name: Seitzhan Rauanbek
• EMGS Application Number: ME#########
• Passport Number: N14950939
• Incorrect Passport Issue Date: 13/12/2006
• Correct Passport Issue Date: 13/12/2022

I kindly request you to update my passport issue date in the system, as this error may affect my eVISA application. Please let me know if you require any additional documents to process this correction.

  Kindly be informed that the institution is required to apply for the eVAL amendment in the EMGS system. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
