I was issued a PASS on the 24th of December 2018 but I did not travel due to non-approval of funds for my studies by my employer.

First U hv to ask your university to cancel your application. Once they do it… u wil b able to apply with completely new application where u can chose the way you want to pay VAL processing fees. I believe EMGS will also suggest you the same. Hope this helps

Hi Rasheed,
@tejaspatil has actually provided the correct process. Kindly request your institution to cancel the application. Once the application has been cancelled in our system, you are required to send a request to cancel the application online. Upon cancellation you may proceed to submit a new application.

Yes you have to contact your institution on which your pass is active
Hi Rasheed,
You are required to liaise with your institution and request that they cancel your VAL. The new application will not be processed if the Immigration Department system shows that your previous VAL is still active.
