Hello Officer, my dependent pass application is 20%. I was asked to provide additional documents on 17 June & I provided these documents on 18 June. But these still not updated. Can you check if you get my documents?

Application number: #########

If any possibility to send these documents via email, let me know. I am a bit worried because my dependent’s social visit pass expired on MCO.

  We are yet to receive the documents from your institution. Kindly note that only your institution is allowed to submit the additional documents. We advise that you liaise with the institution and request that they submit the documents to us.

    Hello Officer, my documents is accepted but it is still 20% since 3 July. Can you check my application? Thank you.

      @raselahmed7 Your application is currently on hold as we require additional documents: Copy of the marriage certificate (untranslated) to prove the relationship between dependant and principal. Kindly liaise with your institution for further assistance.
