Hello Officers,
For my application, EMGS asked to submit bank statement. I printed from online banking & signed by bank officers each page. Then university says it is rejected. They send me a copy of accepted which is very old version of online banking.
I submitted bank statement more than 6 times & these gets accepted. Now why same documents…[Read more]

Hello Officer, do you know why my dependent pass application showing 90% and without dependent pass collection ready for institution? I provided all documents timely.

If the previous visa not yet expired then they need additional documents, but if it is expired then most likely they will ask you to submit for a special pass and after you obtain special pass you can submit passport again.

My dependent’s previous visa is expired on MCO. University said due to expire on MCO, I no longer need special pass. Lets see what EMGS Officer reply or university visa section. I’m waiting on their reply.

Hi Rasel,
We were unable to process the application further as your institution did not submit a copy of the marriage certificate. As such, we returned the passport to the institution without the Dependent Pass. Kindly refer to your institution for further details.

Thank you for replying. I submitted this document three times already. Same document approved for my wife. I’m not sure why institute not submitting for my daughter.
I will wait for confirmation.

Hello officer,
I have two application submitted. One for my daughter & one for my wife. My daughter application is 45% that is ok. But my wife application is 20% from 3 July.
I was visited university visa section today & they are asking me additional documents that I submitted already.

Hi Rasel,
Your wife’s application is currently on hold as we require a copy of the marriage certificate (untranslated) to prove the relationship between dependant and principal. Kindly ensure the certificate is attested by the embassy in Malaysia and the date of the embassy stamp is within the current year on the attestation stamp.

Hello EMGS officer,
I need to start depended pass for my wife and kid. I was waiting for 1 April to apply. But Malaysian government announced more 14 days outbreak. I also need open a bank account and get family later from embassy. But during this outbreak, I can’t get these done. Their Visa is expiring 10 April and no extension available…[Read more]
