Dear EMGS officer, the status on the renewal profile says that my student pass endorsement was rejected. What does this mean? Would I mean that I would have to apply for cancellation and move out for good or what? Kindly guide me on this.

Hi Raphael Qiang,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the day we received your passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 24th May 2023.
