No the need a photo of ur special pass .. if you are in Malaysia .

Special pass if you are in malaysia already but you withdrawn from university to another . But if you are in malaysia as a tourism I think you give The a photo of you tourism pass .

Yes. Aftr 80% val required docs will be completed once we enter malaysia..

If you got VAL there isn’t any problem you can travel anytime.

Did you get SEV also. There is no issue legally, but keep in mind University will not provide accommodation before beginning of studies

The same happened to me. I emailed the correct photo to emgs to the id they had sent me informing about the wrong photo

My application process is just in 5 % how mach it takes to reach 60 % after the payment, I haven’t pay yet, but my application has already approved by university-
i think you have pay first otherwise EMGS do not do anything. i mean visa process

Why u get rejected? And btw u can ask ur uni to appeal directly
