No, actually it is recommended that you book tickets only after you have received VAL and SEV to avoid delay or cancelation.

Hello everyone .
My VAL was rejected for two times..
first one at 40 percent and the second one after the appeal letter at 60 percent
The reasons they said
Why didn’t I finish my studying in the first university
And the second reason is why I have not completed the foundation course at the second university

UCSI started studying foundation in science and I was still having 5 subjects to finish ,but when I knew that APU UNIVERSITY is going to allow me start studying degree directly and have a discount for Yemenis students, I withdrawn.

If so, the University will send me my VAL although my val is in yellow and i can complete it once i get in malaysia right?-
Yes. Aftr 80% val required docs will be completed once we enter malaysia..
