My application stuck for thired time in emgs that they asking the university acadimecal and attendace result!what is the that mean exactly as its my first application to this university

My application still pending that the emgs asking a New offer letter with correct name
The university already submitted a New offer letter pluse i already email the New offer to emgs
Hope to update my statuse as soon

My application is pending since a days cos the name on offer letter dosnot tally with the name mentioned on the passport number
The university already reprented New over letter and supose to send it to emgs
Pleas update cos my semester will start 24 of june so i afraid to be late
