Hello, my eVal application has not been making progress since more than 2 weeks ago. Its been at 35% yellow although the visa unit of my university already sent the required declaration documents. I already sent an email to enquiry(at)emgs, but there is no respond. My application number is E701023759 View

As mentioned by @ramdhan_1, the background of the photo should be pure white. However, we can only verify if the photo is acceptable upon receiving the application. You can refer to the passport photo guidelines on our website:
