For that you need to contact your international student unit at your university, and they will send an email to EMGS with your new scanned passport that has been stamped and signed by the university. That was what I did

The previous application was rejected by the Immigration Department. We are yet to receive an update with regard to the travel ban. Once we have released an update, your institution can create a new VAL extension application.

If it’s in the hand of immigration Ur percentage should show 60 or more then 35 y it’s still 35 it’s a doubt mine says in progress with emgs
