I received an EMGS approval letter which mentions that it is not eVAL. Please suggest me the next course of action for getting eVAL.

  Hi Md. Abdur Rahim,
  
  You are able to download the EMGS approval letter as EMGS has supported an application and updated the immigration system with the application details. Once the immigration department approves the EVAL, you may download the EVAL from the EMGS website.

Hello, EMGS officer, Greetings. My application number is E######### My profile shows that my Master degree transcript is not clear and I am required to upload a clear transcript. Please guide me how and where to submit a clearer copy of my transcript.
