Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

Hi Raheel Abbas Kalroo,
As checked, we provided a Supporting Letter to your institute on 5 November 2024 to endorse your Student Pass at State Immigration in Kedah. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. Therefore, you are required to liaise with the institute for further clarification on your passport status.
