@rafif_1 If your institution is submitting the application for you, they need to create the application first in order to obtain the actual application fee. Once the application has been created, you can proceed to make the payment and submit the receipt to your institution. Kindly refer to your institution for more details.
It means your val should be available to download. Once you download it you, when you come to Malaysia your university will help you to finish your student pass application and it will be 100 percent.
Thanks bro bt my val got approved at 70% nd i did dowload nd enterd malaysia…so 75% is after my medical…which i dnt understand tq for ur response
It will get 100 percent once you receive your student pass. To recieve student pass, post arrival medical check-up is required along with your other documents so I think 75 percent indicates that. Incase you have any doubt , you should just ask your university international office, they will be much more help to you.
