Dear sir.
My name is yamaqizhen, my passport number is EJ2723181. My passport was handed in to the immigration office from my school on April 19th, but until now the emgs has not been renewed, it has been 90%, because of this I have lost a plane ticket, I am very urgent to go home to visit my parents, please help me to deal with it. 🙏

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that this is self endorsement application. EMGS has submitted the document to Immigration for approval since the 29th of April 2024.
  
  Once Immigration approves the application, the institution is then required to submit the passport and liaise directly with respective immigration to proceed with the renewal of the student passes.
  
  Therefore kindly allow immigration time to process the application and liaise directly with the respective institution for further assistance.

    Did my school not hand in my passport? I’m not sure I understand.

      Hi.
      Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
