    Dear EMGS team ,my name is WangQin passport,E62739851, My grandfather is critically ill in the hospital. I have a medical certificate stamped by the hospital. Please help me speed up the visa process. Please,please ,please😭😭😭😭

      Hi, Wang Qin.
      As per checking, we received your passport on the 26th of January 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
