Dear EMGS staffer,
My passport number is EC5784929.I have already handed in my passport a month ago and the progress of application has been stuck at 90% since the 11 of October. I may need a passport to fly in the near future.I hope the passport progress can reach 100% as soon as possible and get my passport.Thank you.
