That’s what . The confusion is,, stuck in a country other than the countries mentioned out there but still being the passport holder of one of the specific country mentioned .

The percentage indicates that your application is ready to be submitted to the Immigration Department for their approval. However, the Immigration Department is currently not issuing any visa approval letters (VAL) for students who are outside of Malaysia.
