I dont think their hotline works. You can only contact them through the EMGS email. ######### < try to email here too

You can try to print a physical copy of your vaccination proof! Mine MySejahtera too has not been updating. I hope it works for you

I have tried to contact them multiple times. I have called several times at different times of the day but nobody picks up the phone and no replies to my emails as well. I heard you might need at least 18 months of validity, but please check with your university first and ask them for an extension of your eval, and about your passport issue

Hi Nurul,

Kindly note that there is no specific time frame required to complete VAL extension applications, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

My status is 100% but I had to get my university to extend my eVAL. It was submitted in Monday, but I still haven’t got my eVAL. My flight is in March 3. Anyone know how long it will take????

Those who had to ask for extension for their eVAL because their old one has expired, how long did it take you for EMGS to give you the new one, after the institution sent a request to them? Mine was issued last year April, but it has expired. Now I’m waiting for EMGS. I saw some people say that they got theirs in 2-3 days, but those are new applicants.

Hi! I had to apply for a new eVAL with my institute, and EMGS has confirmed they received it from them. May I know roughly how long it usually takes to get the new eVAL? Just wanted to know others’ experience 🙂

It will take a month or two to reach from 0 to 70%. Hopefully u get it fast.
