if im not wrong, u dont have to do pre-medical screening, you would just have to fill up a health declaration form. its stated on the emgs website. only a post-medical checkup has to be done within 7 days of your arrival in Malaysia after receiving the VAL.

Those documents are needed only after u come to Malaysia. For now go and apply foe for your SEV. Congratulations btw..

Once it is at 35%, it takes 5-10 days for Immigration department to approve your VAL. In my own case, it took just 5 days.

Please note that we require these documents to be submitted to us upon your arrival in Malaysia. You may liaise with your institution to submit these required documents once you are here.
