Dear EMGS officer,
my name is Prizel Pires and my passport number is 20DE64298.
I have been waiting since several days for the 15% to turn to 32%. I had two issues which got fixed now but I still do not have any progress in my percentage, my friends who had the same issues are now at 32% since 2 days. Please I wish to reach the 80% as soon as possible as my semester will begin soon and I am very scared to not get it at time. How long the process will take? Thank you very much
