25/7/2024 my emgs was complete but still now i didn’t get my i-card and insurance. Whats is the problem and the process is to slow. Already 8 months gone I didn’t get the i-card.

Dear EMGS, My passport number is (A01914580). 25 june my passport is with immigration department for the endorsement for my student pass. And still 80%. It’s benn three weeks and its not changing. And my visa also expired soon. Is there any chance to finish it early.
