Kindly be informed that the institution or student is required to submit a new photo and a confirmation letter with a letterhead of the university from home country stating that the applicant is a transfer/exchange student from the (Prince of Songkla University) to the (UNIVERSITI SAINS MALAYSIA (USM)). In response to your inquiry about traveling to Malaysia by train, you will be recommended to complete the pre-entry requirements as part of your travel preparations. On top of that, you must apply for the MDAC at least 3 days before your arrival in Malaysia.
