Dear EMGS,

I am currently at Kumpulan Medic, Shah Alam for my post arrival medical check up.

The clinic request I register online on EMGS App, but my post arrival registration is not working. I tried scanning their barcode but brings a message that I am not eligible for the screening.

Dear EMGS Officer, can dependant pass be processed for a dependant who already applied for eVAL which is still pending/processing at EMGS?

Hi,

An applicant is unable to apply for a dependant pass if the student pass application is still being processed. In the event, that you intend to apply for a dependant pass, you are required to cancel the student pass application.

Hi, the delay could probably be due to the public Holidays. I am sure they’ll respond soon.
