Dear EMGS officer,
I am Wu Peiyao from China. My passort number is
EK9597511.
I have submitted my passport to renew my student pass for about 3 months. But the application remains 90% for 3 months. There is only one months before my vocation.
Could you exedite my renewal process so that I can get my passport and go home?

Hi Wu Peiyao,
Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
