Brother are you sure is there still any ban list exist. What i heard that the list is not applicable now. You can travel with precautions if you are not a new applicant. If you are new then you can’t come.

Your institution can submit your renewal application. We will process your application accordingly. However, you would have to be in the country to submit your passport for the student pass endorsement process.
