Hello I have tried it several times with a different email but it keeps saying that I can’t start a new application until I cancel the old one and I have tried several methods with a success ,please I really need your help

They open starting today. dont worry, just make a new email and apply a new one there. they will open the office and starting the process soon.

Please I am currently in my home country Nigeria ,I have immigration travel Authorization that I used to return back to Malaysia November last year(2020)…can I still use the same travel authorization to travel back to Malaysia or do I need to request for a new one from the immigration department especially now that they are not working…

Hey i dont think so you can use the same one. Like mine, i have to apply it with a different email. Because the old application already been used.

Please be advised that you are required to apply for a new travel authorization letter. Kindly note that you can only submit a new application once the current application has been closed.

Hi Paschal,
You are required to obtain the SEV since your Student Pass expired. However, the SEV can only be obtained after getting travel authorization approval, and the entry permit from the Malaysian Mission. Kindly refer to our website for more details:…[Read more]

I have my travel authorization letter and my approval letter,is there any other document that i will need for the SEV also i will like to note that the approval letter that i collected from the Malaysian missio here in my country has also expired

You need to contact with your instutuite to cancel the old one and then apply a new one in EMGS
I already tried that with my school but they said they can’t cancel it that i should contact Emgs
