From today… actually I have to go to my country for some purpose and I Already booked my ticket. My passport no is BQ0158346

Then you have to follow the portal. My thought is that if someone’s visa endorsement fails, then he is entitled to an ikad refund, which logically means it would not have been issued before the visa endorsement.

Logically, the ikad should be issued only after you get the visa.

I read in the portal that once ur VAL is approved technically you’ll have your iKad in the system. Not so sure tho

It usually takes around 14 working days. Talk to the visa department at your university.

And will I be able to see my iKad info in the app before I get my student pass on my passport?

The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
