Sir/madam, Good afternoon. I would like to know when will immigration resume to issue VAL for students in overseas. My application is currently stuck at 35% since March and my college starts new semester in June. Thank you.
Hi Park,
We are unable to confirm when the Immigration Department will resume the process of issuing VALs for students outside of Malaysia. The approval to issue the VALs is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
