I f you come from the country which requires the Single Entry Visa, you have to bring the VAL to the nearest Malaysian Embassy in order to get the Single Entry Visa. After that you can go to Malaysia.
If you come from the country which doesn’t require the Single Entry Visa then you can go to Malaysia and bring the VAL when you arrive there.

An application will only reach 100% after the endorsement of the Student Pass. This process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia.

Hi Parinnun,

The process takes approximately 14 working days from 15% to 70%, provided that there are no additional documents required. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi I’m from Thailand. Now, my visa is at only 15%. However, my intake will be started in 9th December. What I can do if my visa is not completed before that time. I’m very worried about that.
