It takes 4 or 5 days only if your application don’t have any problems at all. But, if EMGS asked you for some additional documents it will take time for you.

70 and it will be approved

Hi,
Once the VAL is approved the status of the application will change to 70% or 80% (for students enrolling into public institutions).
