Don’t worry, 35% means pending for approval, it usually takes some time. When it gets approved, you will get 70%, VAL approved on the same day insha’Allah. All the best

At present, the Immigration Department is not issuing any VAL for students who are out of Malaysia as entry for new students is on hold. Rest assured, we will revert once we receive further instructions on this matter.
