Dear EMGS,
I submitted my passport (G43447392) last week to cancel my student pass it was said to me that my EMGS status would go back to 0%. However after a week this is still not the case. Did you guys already receive my passport or not yet.

Hi Oliver,
Kindly be informed that your cancellation of student visa has been approved by Immigration and passport has been collected by the institution on 11 January 2024. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding your passport status.
