I have a student pass and it is still valid
Can I submit a new visa application after the first one expires?
Currently I am outside Malaysia

Dear EMGS officer,
My passport No. is P08077365 my application is stuck on 35% since last week, can you please look in to it since my classes start soon.

  We understand your concern. However, the application is still pending with the Immigration Department for VAL approval. The approval to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department.
