Dear EMGS Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly follow up on my student visa application. I have received confirmation that the requested documents (Health Declaration Form and passport copy), which I submitted on 8 May 2025, have been successfully received by your team.

However, I have not yet received any updates regarding the processing of my application since then. Could you please let me know if the documents have been reviewed and whether my application is currently being processed?

Here are my details for reference:

I would greatly appreciate any updates or information regarding the next steps.

  Kindly be informed that we have received the new health declaration. However, your application is pending submission of the additional document. Kindly note the Offer Letter is backdated. The institute or student is required to submit a new offer letter with the latest commencement date or deferment letter in order to resume processing the application.
