    I am from Jordan. My passport has been with the Passport Department since January 21, 2026, and my visa expires on January 25, 2026. I have not yet been granted a new visa, and the delay is 80%.

    Is there anything I should do, given that the delay is not my fault?

      Please be informed that we received your passport on the 16th of January 2026 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days.
