Hello,
I would like to thank you for your prompt response and cooperation.

I have a simple request: My passport renewal is 90% complete, as shown in the attached image. However, I urgently need my passport for an emergency trip on February 4, 2026. How can I obtain it as quickly as possible?

  Kindly be informed that your passport with student pass is ready for collection. As such, kindly request the institution to collect the passport at EMGS.
