The university gave me a form to hand in my passport for visa renewal. My visa is currently expired, but my passport was with the immigration department four days before my visa expired. Can I travel by plane from Kuala Lumpur Airport to Langkawi and Penang and return using this form? I’m from Jordan, and my passport number is S179185.

I am from Jordan. My passport has been with the Passport Department since January 21, 2026, and my visa expires on January 25, 2026. I have not yet been granted a new visa, and the delay is 80%.

Is there anything I should do, given that the delay is not my fault?
