I don’t even get an error message, after I click on “Start Identity Verification”, it sends me back to the details page and a popup appears which says “waiting, checking student information”, after the loading ends, nothing happens and I end up back on the details again.

Dear EMGS
When I try to make my Digital ID I cannot proceed any further after filling my details, when I click on “Start Identity Verification” it just says checking student details and after that nothing happens. Please tell me how to fix this.
