Print the VAL from website, not app. And if need, take a single entry visa and come to Malaysia

The application status is at 80% as we require your institution to submit your passport for the Student Pass endorsement. However, this process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia. In the meantime, you can disregard the status and arrange for your travel to Malaysia.
