Kindly be informed that the endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date. Kindly note, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department.

If you are having visa issues while in UM you should directly approach the visa unit counter in exam hall with inquiry

I did that already, I just want to check if anyone is dealing with the same situation with me or is it just me whose EMGS is still not progressing since the passport submission 🥹

So sorry to hear that. If its with EMGS its better to call them daily for an update. You can ask UM staff to keep highlighting your case to EMGS as well

There is issue called personal bond. Its 10 ringgit. It takes a long time. I am also facing the same issue

I’m from UM and I submitted it today
It usually takes 14 working days
It should not take more as our entry visa is valid for 30 days only 🙂 -

I am from UM too. Submitted my passport on the 14th of October, but still it is in 80%.

I submitted my passport on 6 October. It reached 85% just two days ago. I hope yours will not take that long

Hi,
Kindly be informed that Effective 1st January 2025, JomPAY will be the preferred payment method for all applications submitted by institution through the EMGS system. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further clarification regarding this matter.
