Plz how can I know my passport is submitted to emgs. Now it is 90% green.

  if u submitted to your visa unit at institution then it should be alright, just wait

  You can track your application via the application tracker either on our website: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/ OR Via the EMGS mobile app by clicking profile and selecting application status. You are required to key in your passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
