Hi
My current visa application is stuck at 30%. I was told that I need to cancel my previous application, even though it was already canceled over a year ago.

My previous university informed me that they have submitted the cancellation request recently, and they mentioned that it might take 1 to 2 months for EMGS and Immigration to complete the process.

Can you please confirm if this is true? And is there any way I can follow up or speed up the cancellation process?

  Kindly be informed we have submitted the document to Immigration on 23rd May 2025 for the eVAL cancellation process. Kindly note there is no stipulated time frame to process the eVAL cancellation as the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Kindly allow Immigration time to process and rest assured, any update will be notified to the institution.
